Neurodivergent Professional Speakers

Meet the Ausome Minds Team

Charlie Hart (she/they) - known on social media as ‘Ausome Charlie’ - is a professional keynote speaker, content creator, and consultant. She is autistic, ADHD, has complex PTSD, and is bi/pan and gender non-conforming.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc.CIPD) and has an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

After twenty years working in HR Analytics, Charlie now specialises in neuroinclusion, psychological safety, and intersecting identities. Her niche topic is the ‘Double Rainbow’ intersection of Neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ identity.

Charlie is a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association of UK and Ireland (MPSA) and Founding Vice Lead of PSA Neurodiversity Community.

She also leads the Neurodiversity Member Resource Group within Speakers Collective CIC, co-hosts the NeuroWomen Natter podcast with Toni Horn FRSA, and is an Ambassador for FLOWN the focus platform, and has a regular column in We ROAR Magazine from Lady Rebel Club.

Azi Court (he/him) is a student of Politics and English Literature, and a speaker and writer with Ausome Minds UK. Azi (pronounced to rhyme with Snazzy) brings the AuDHD, Gen Z, trans, and LGBTQ+ perspective on what his generation expects from employment, helping your organisation remain an Employer of Choice for the Workforce of the Future.

Si Hart (he/him) is ADH’tistic (ADHD with autistic traits). Si speaks about his lived experience - collaborating with Charlie to deliver ‘lunch and learns’ sessions about ADHD acceptance and inclusion.

Our approach is rooted in the Neurodiversity Paradigm and the Social Model of Disability. We demonstrate how and why we can enable people with all kinds of minds - through accessible working practices, policies, environments and expectations.

Ausome Recommends

We maintain a carefully curated list of other trusted neurodivergent speakers covering other characteristics and specialisms - available on request - and recommendations for trusted suppliers of other relevant products and services, for example assistive technology and equipment and neurodevelopmental assessments.

Paying it Forward

As most of our work is corporate, we choose to pay it forward to support grassroots campaigns and communities which directly benefit neurodivergent people. Ausome Minds UK therefore proudly sponsor NeuroHub Community Ltd.

We also offer a fee structure based on affordability - giving generous discounts to small charities, communities, and social impact businesses.
